The ability to run trials in our in-house injection facility proved to be quite efficient since we were able to overcome delays brought by logistics (transferring the mold back and forth), and trial scheduling difficulties. Thus, Response to abnormalities are immediate and fast, and Root-cause analysis and countermeasures were more accurate since we were witnessing the performance of the mold first-hand. This results to obtaining the much-anticipated samples in a short period of time that makes Product Development (Trial Molding and Product Realization) faster.
